At New Vision, we equip men through the WHOY methodology—Work Harder On Yourself—by providing practical leadership principles, biblical truth, personal development, and real-life strategies that help them become stronger husbands, fathers, leaders, and disciples of Jesus Christ.
Through our Second Wind podcast, books, coaching and workshops, and resources, we encourage men to grow from the inside out, because lasting success begins with personal transformation.

I've experienced success, setbacks, victories, disappointments, and seasons that forced me to start over.
I've led teams in corporate America, built businesses, written books, and spoken to audiences across different stages of life. But some of life's greatest lessons didn't come from a boardroom, a business, or a stage.
They came through life itself.
Through marriage.
Through fatherhood.
Through responsibility.
Through learning that growth is a lifelong process.
Becoming a father later in life reinforced something I have come to believe deeply: your future is not determined by where you start, but by who you become.
Those experiences shaped the message behind New Vision Enterprise, the WHOY Framework, and Second Wind. Today, I remain committed to helping people expand their vision, develop their potential, and become who they were created to be. Because life gets better when you get better.
And my story is only one story. Everything New Vision builds points toward something bigger, a whole generation of men who discover their assignment and finish it. That is the vision.
